Could your problem have been from dirt, sand or something else getting lodged and preventing it from closing?We probably could have gotten it fixed, but we figured it would be more or its affiliates v I will always use this precaution going forward. I found this out when I researched similar "sky is falling" E18 postings when I was considering buying my A720 IS a couple of years ago. Yes, I did get the error while on vacation causing me plenty of grief, but my reason for posting this is not out of bitterness, but rather as a public service.
