anyone out there should give ‘em a try! Canon S110 Lens Error Fix I found your website and removing the batteries and memory card worked for me. Still grinds some when opening but I do know I had to have some dirt in there as we take it 4-wheeling. Instead, would recommend repeated cleaning's with compressed air around the lens, and also in any openings of the camera (memory card slot, battery door, etc.).

i was freaking out when i got this problem on my canon digital ixus i7 and to think all i need to do was fix #4 to solve it all!
