Certificate Error Virus
It's possible that there really is a certificate error on the server; perhaps something as simple as an expired certificate could cause this error message to appear. The only link I found regarding exporting and importing certificates was this. I do have certificates shown in the content tab, but they look different from the ones that are listed on my work PC (probably normal).
