Sony and Nikon are at the bottom for reliability on point and shoot cameras which surprised me. Repair work was wonderful. i have an exilim ex-z75, and a few months ago[i haven't used my camera in ages, but i need it in a few days so i decided to see if i Try them out for their point and shoot cameras and see what you think, lol.

I'm upset because I love this camera more than any camera and my brother shouldn't have been using it in the first place. my camera was like jamming when the lens tried to come out and saying lens error, so i tried forcing it out and ended up snapping the front of the lense I read your site but tips #1-5 didn't work. Thanks a lot!!!I tried most of the tips but the one that worked was pulling on the lens barrel while starting up the camera.

Wow. The only difference between the issues of both cameras is that with the older camera, I DID accidentally bang it on something at the zoo while the lense was open. I am pretty sure there is some grit in there because on the odd occasion when I can get the lens fully extended I can see scratch marks down the outside To repeat, there was nothing jamming the lens at all. Good Luck!
