anonymous,Talk about coincidences. They do reject you very politely to their credit. Now everytime I try to turn it on, "Lens Error 150,0,047" flashes on the screen and then the camera turns off. But, here are some things that you can do that may correct it, without even opening the camera. check my blog

The think that worked for me is #7;; Forcing the lens in. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Turned off camera and performed slightly-more-than-gentle twisting of the lens. More about the author Also take a look at Sony, as they also make some nice cameras.
