Canon Powershot A560 Lens Error Restart Camera
I have a Nikon Coolpix P2 that had a Lens Error. The only cost to me was the cost of shipping it and about a week without my camera. If your camera won't even begin to open, then GENTLY push the lens down where the gap is. I want to buy one again, but both mine (Canon PowerShot A560 AND my replacement the PowerShot A1100IS) are in the "lens error" graveyard. If using rechargeables, and they're more than a year old, consider purchasing new rechargeable batteries as they may not be providing sufficient power to startup the camera. My camera lens is disconnected from the actual position.

firstly, the lens cant retract back and when i try to switch it on, the screen will say 'lens error, restart camera' so how do i restart the camera??
