Restarting the camera doesn't do anything. I have no idea why this happened but I'm seriously ticked off. With the smaller shops, my guess is you get a technician who is more experienced than the people Canon probably brings on board to handle their enormous volume of repairs that Was this answer helpful? check my blog

Do not do that, that will often make the problem become worse and loosen and damage the lens barrel on the camera. What can we do..?? AntonI have Cannon Powershot A2000IS camera. EmailPosted August 29, 2011 7:22 pmBurtonI agree with Doug below. Compressed air is bad for these cameras because it's vapor, the worst thing you can spray onto an imaging sensor. I thought it's should be no problem.
Mine works excellent again so I'm happy and I'm keeping mine in a protective case now. Do not go for Canon's loyalty upgrade thing, that is a mistake.
