Any clues? Maybe is the faulty of CARRIAGE UNIT, LOGIC BOARD, ... I printed another photo and noticed that simultaneous with the odd noise, I could see the photo change path, sliding to the right, as it was passing forward through the rollers. First you have to unlock the printhead by raising the gray lever on the right side of the carriage. This worked for about five seconds, then it gave me the error again. is there a way to fix this? I have tried manually moving the cartridge, as suggested, nothing works to get rid of the error. I moved it back and forth (actually forward and back) about 5 times, closed everything up, and after a restart, all is well.
