Error 50 – Malfunctions related to the electric control have been detected. Not exactly a confidence-inspiring way to reliably fix anything. Battery level is too low. Working fine so I'm about to send the loaner back.

Took out the battery while the camera was powered off, re-inserted the battery and powered on again. Thankfully my Nikons and my 7D and 5D Mark II work fine. As a sports photographer and without a CPS in my country I am thinking in return to Mark III bought in 2008 and has never presented a problem like that even Error 20 – Malfunctions related to the mechanical mechanism have been detected. Haven't field tested it in he heat with the 400 yet but looks like it will hopefully hold up. have a peek at these guys I am going to call CPS tomorrow but I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this?
