I noticed in a Safe Mode-like select screen that there was a second option called Windows XP, and that booted OK in Boot Camp, but you have to arrow down to Welcome to Mac-Forums!

It copied all the files and reboot itself. Apparently there is a way to fix the problem my recopying your XP disc to a new CD and deleting the file out. In my case, Bootcamp never booted again, even after an ordlery Parallels shutdown.
